Location is a major variable cost to most businesses and one that directly affects profitability. From that starting point, I began to consider the effects of local housing costs on recruitment and how this affects the real incomes of potential and actual employees. I now wish to supplement my knowledge of Business Management with specialist skills and knowledge in Real Estate in pursuit of a management or consultancy role within local government or working with an NGO seeking to revitalize areas characterized by low employment.
