Earning the MPA degree is more than just a logical or natural progression of my academic path. At my current academic level, I have quickly exhausted every path of challenge and promotion in my professional career, and I seek to participate in progressive change, on a macro scale. Hence, I aspire to fulfill a lead role in a hospital or government health agency, developing and implementing viable - sustainable - programs that keep costs under control without compromising quality of care.
There is a distinct need for greater efficiency, streamlining health administration to enhance health outcomes. I am excited to pursue an MPA Program that will allow me to become an agent of progress in healthcare. I am passionate about finding ways to serve the community and make a positive impact. Many seniors are struggling to survive with their social security benefits and are unable to afford the prescribed medications they need. This leads to them taking their medications less often or not at all. It is important to address this issue and find solutions to ensure that everyone has access to the medication they need to live a healthy life.
As an aspiring healthcare professional, I recognize the importance of providing quality healthcare services to communities in need. It is my calling to make a difference and help create a positive impact on society. My community, clients, and neighbors have inspired me to pursue a Master of Public Administration degree, which will provide me with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively advocate for better healthcare delivery. I hope to use my education to help ensure that everyone has easier access to the healthcare services they deserve.
